Lisa offers a variety of group classes at The Yoga Barn! They are smaller in size and encourage stress relief, mindfulness, and relaxation while also stretching and strengthening the body.
Individual Classes
If you're new to yoga and maybe even a bit apprehensive about starting out in a large group, you can schedule an individual class or several. Perhaps you will feel confident quickly and want to join a group class. Or maybe you will want to continue learning solo. Whatever works for you! :)
